45. German Food Chemist's Day
SIM presented analytical systems with LC-GC coupling at the 45. German Food Chemist's Day in Freising-Weihenstephan,
which was organized by the Lebensmittelchemischen Gesellschaft (part of the German chemical society GDCh) from September 12-14, 2016.
At this years's annual meeting, which took place at the Science Center of the Technical University Munich, the latest developments and applications in food analysis were discussed.
In the associated exhibition SIM presented the LC-GC coupling at the booth of Agilent Technologies, which was realized with Agilent Chromatography systems and software as well as the CHRONECT® LC-GC by Axel Semrau®.
For this purpose, SIM offers a complete analyzer for determination of mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOSH/MOAH), sterols and PAHs.
