Goodbye Mr. Kientopf
It's been 20 years that Mr. Werner Kientopf and Mr. Rolf Eichelberg combined their know-how and set the groundwork for SIM Scientific Instruments Manufacturer GmbH. At this point, Mr. Kientopf, a precision engineer, was already able to look back on 18 years of experience in the fields of construction and manufacturing of suitable GC accessories.
Mr.Kientopf's beginnings with SIM can be traced back to the basement of his parents' home in Mülheim. The new enterprise then made a pitstop in Tenniszentrum Dümpten, and in 1999 moved to Lutherstraße in Mülheim before it found a permanent home in Oberhausen in 2005.
Mr. Kientopf employed his expertise specifically in precision engineering: with his love for precise fine mechanics, great ideas for construction, and the necessary endurance in his search for reliable suppliers, he always devoted his energy to SIM. There were also administrative and commercial duties that needed a lot of his attention. |

The entire SIM team wishes Mr. Kientopf all the best for his well-deserved retirement and a lot of fun with his hobbies and passions on land - on his motorbike - and in the air - with his model helicopter - and for all the new things that are waiting to be discovered ...
