Relaxed to work by bike
We have always looked for meaningful ways to make SIM more sustainable. Offering our employees alternatives to traveling by car was one of them.
That's why three years ago we decided to enter into a partnership with the company JobRad and give our employees the opportunity to lease a bicycle or e-bike through SIM at a reasonable price. The idea proved to be a great success: employees are free to choose whether to cycle or drive to work and often chose 2 over 4 wheels. A great way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions every day while promoting physical and mental health.
