The perspective on job interviews has turned 180 degrees in recent years. Whereas the core question used to be, "Why should we hire you?" today it is, "What can we do to attract you?"
That's why HR is more important than ever in today's job market. And that means new challenges. Companies need to be more strategic and innovative when it comes to their hiring strategies, employee onboarding and talent retention.
The "Oberhausen Business Forum" brought together various business leaders from Oberhausen on 29.20.22 to discuss these very topics. The congress opened with a great presentation by Felix Anrich, followed by an insightful panel discussion with Sonja Droste, Jürgen Koch, Julia Steiner and Stefan Thielen.
Of course, it wouldn't have been a proper visit to Topgolf Oberhausen without a swing or two! Many thanks for the many constructive discussions and the great organization.
