This vacuum pump with the patented KNF structure diaphragm is well suited for installation in units and process equipment, e. g. for sampling from process flows:
- free of oil and maintenance-free, cool-running motor
- high compability with vapours and condensates; excellent gas-tightness
- small construction dimensions and easy installation
