Gasmix™

Fast and cost effective preparation of gas standards

On-site production and preparation of gas standards has never been easier than with the versatile GasMix™ Gas Standard Preparation system of the company AlyTech. For the continuous production of calibration gas mixtures 2 to 12 gases can be mixed, diluted and injected. The common instrument “Aiolos” consists of 2 to 4 gas channels.

Besides single- and multi-point calibration also calibrations via added standard and internal standard methods can be performed.

The user-friendly, fully automatic GasMix™ software enables the programming of single injections and whole sequences. Calculation of the mixing ratios is done automatically and all values and sequences can be reproduced via the function “audit trail”.
