Nitrogen-Generators

It is recommended to use ultra high purity (UHP) nitrogen for GC applications, which is delivered by gas generators of the Precision Trace and NG series. Oxygen and moisture are removed via Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Both series of gas generators provide nitrogen with 99.9995% degree of purity. Essentially, the difference lies in the higher flow rate of the NG series.

 Precision Nitrogen Trace

• suitable for carrier- and make-up gas
• catalyst chamber to remove hydrocarbons (as methane) to ensure a purity of <0.05ppm
• flow rates of 250-1000 ml/min
• combinable with other generators/compressor of the Precision series

NG series

• suitable for carrier- and make-up gas
• built-in self-regenerating filter column with molecular sieve
• flow rates of 250-6000 ml/min

Nitrogen generators for LC/MS

Nitrogen generators of the Genius (with compressor) and Infinity (without compressor) series are suited to be used for LC/MS applications. Generators of both series are robust and ensure a reliable supply of nitrogen with a variety of flow rates.

 Genius series

• integrated high-performance compressor, no in-house air supply required
• insulated compressor compartment for minimum disruption
• standalone solution

Infinity series

• requires in-house air supply or external air compressor with filtration system
• high flow rates, supplying multiple LC/MS systems simultaneously
