Zetalif LED
Collinear LED induced fluorescence detector - a sensitiv solution for HPLC, fast-LC and CE systems
ZETALIF LED is compatible with all LC systems but optimal sensitivity is acheived at flow rates < 0.5 mL/min. The Zetalif LED detector can now be directly integrated in the Agilent cassette and allows for all functions of the Agilent HPCE. A LIF cassette is provided by Adelis.

- Ultra Sensitivity: 10 times to 100 times greater than conventional fluorescence and up to 100,000 times more sensitive than UV detection.
- Keep the same and ultimate sensitivity as laser induced fluorescence technology.
- Modularity : Adaptable to CE and HPLC systems including Fast-LC, Capillary LC and nano LC.
- Simplify the use of fluorescence detection in micro & nano liquid separations with the collinear technology.
- Selectivity: Low noise and interference molecules will be detected. Only labeled or native fluorescente.
- Available wavelenght: 365nm, 450nm, 480nm, 532nm, 640nm. Other wavelenght are available on request.
- On-line LIF/MS coupling kit: allows the LIF cell to be coupled as close as possible to the MS system.
- Compatible with any data aquisition systems.
- Increase the life time and reduce the cost of replacing the light source.
